For Pembrokeshire Fish Week 2008

North Pembrokeshire's most sustainability-minded restaurant opens its doors to demonstrate how to get all those essential omega oils into your diet with a little less impact on the planet or your wallet.

Chef Alastair Vaan will show you how to choose and cook fish responsibly by turning fish from in-season sustainable stocks into dishes you'll be proud of and will be able to replicate at home. We'll show you how to combine fish caught off the Pembrokeshire coast with the best produce the region has to offer.

Early evening demonstrations will be followed in the evening with a seafood-oriented seasonal tasting menu.

Demonstration starts at 4pm. Multiple course tasting dinner starts at 7pm

Price for the demonstration and menu 35 pounds (excluding wine). Limited numbers (14 maximum) Booking only.
