Our menu is short and the dishes change daily, reflecting our local supply. The cuisine is simple and contemporary, but has its roots in traditional fare.

We greatly believe that the environment that surrounds you should influence how you eat and live. Living in the Welsh countryside lends us much inspiration as the seasons progress. The coming and going of marine species, the progression from flower to fruit and the gentle metamorphasis of colours in the hedgerows from one flowering to the next. Indeed, our sourcing policy precludes us from being anything but seasonal.
